What is the dress attire for worship services?
Berean follows the precept of “Come as you are.” Our typical Sunday attire can range from casual, business casual, to professionally dress. However our Saturday service and Tuesday Bible Studies are relaxed and casual attire is usually worn.
Can the church be utilized for weddings and funerals by members?
Only members of Berean can have weddings and funerals at the church. Detailed information about both can be obtained by calling the church office of the location you are interested in.
What are the church business hours?
Berean Christian Church office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday. The number for the main church office is 770-593-4421.
Where does the name Berean come from?
The name Berean comes from Acts 17:10 which was a city the Apostle Paul visited on his 2nd Missionary Journey.
What denomination is Berean Christian Church?
Berean is an independent non-denominational Christian Church.
When was the Berean Christian Church established?
The Berean Christian Church was organized by Dr. Kerwin B. Lee the first Sunday of December 1995 in the city of Decatur which is a part of DeKalb County. Pastor Lee later organized Berean Gwinnett County in 2007 and Berean Henry County in 2016.
