First Lady Yolanda T. Lee was born and reared in New Orleans, LA and is the youngest of seven children. She was educated in the New Orleans public school system and furthered her education at Loyola University in New Orleans, LA where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. Her love for helping and encouraging people in the local church inspired her to also obtain a Master of Arts degree in Christian Counseling from Luther Rice College and Seminary.
First Lady Lee has also traveled abroad doing mission work with the Berean Outreach Ministry and Compassion International in the countries of South Africa, Liberia, Uganda and Columbia, South America. She is blessed to have the opportunity to teach biblical study classes, along with conducting workshops and seminars. She speaks at Women’s Conferences, Married Couples Retreats and Leadership Conferences.
She is happily married to Dr. Kerwin B. Lee, Senior Pastor of the Berean Christian Church in Stone Mountain, GA and is the proud mother of two young adult sons, Kerwin II and Kernard and the grandmother of little Ms. Amelia.
